◉ EasyEye · v1.1

Your webcam,
on watch.

EasyEye turns any webcam into a motion-triggered recorder. It watches quietly in the background and saves a clip the moment something moves — straight to a folder on your PC.

Windows 10 / 11 · Any USB or built-in webcam · No account needed

Running in under a minute.

Start the camera

Launch EasyEye and hit Start Camera. Your live preview appears instantly — no setup wizard, no sign-in.

Pick a mode

Motion Detect records only when something moves. Continuous Rec records everything. Switch any time.

Review your clips

Clips land in your chosen folder on your PC. Click Open Clips Folder to browse them in File Explorer.

Everything you need. Nothing you don’t.

Motion detection

On-device detection starts recording automatically the moment movement appears. Sensitivity is adjustable.

Continuous recording

Need everything on tape? Flip to continuous mode and EasyEye records non-stop.

Email alerts

Optionally get a snapshot emailed to you when motion is detected — sent directly from your PC via Gmail.

Automatic cleanup

Set a retention period and old clips are deleted for you, so your drive never fills up.

Schedules & startup

Set when EasyEye should watch, adjust sensitivity, and optionally launch it when Windows starts.

Your folder, your rules

Save clips anywhere — including a OneDrive folder if you want automatic off-site backup.

Your footage never leaves your PC.

Video is processed on your machine and saved to your folder. Stillstack Labs never sees it.

  • No uploads — clips are never sent to us or any third-party server.
  • No telemetry — no analytics, usage tracking or ad identifiers.
  • No account — install and go.
  • Secure credentials — the optional Gmail app password lives in Windows Credential Manager.

Questions, answered.

Is it really a one-time purchase?
Yes. $6.79 once through the Microsoft Store, and it’s yours — including updates. No subscription, no in-app upsells.
Does EasyEye upload my video anywhere?
No. Clips are saved only to the folder you choose on your PC. The only time anything leaves your machine is if you turn on email alerts (one snapshot per motion event, sent from your PC to your own inbox via Gmail) or point your clips folder at a cloud-synced folder like OneDrive.
What do I need to run it?
A PC running Windows 10 or 11 and any webcam Windows recognises — built-in laptop cameras and USB webcams both work.
Where are my clips saved?
In the clips folder shown in the app — you can change it to any folder you like. Use the Open Clips Folder button to jump straight there.
How do I set up email alerts?
Open the Alerts panel, enter the Gmail address to send from and a Gmail app password (not your normal password). EasyEye stores it securely in Windows Credential Manager and sends a snapshot whenever motion is detected.
How do I completely remove EasyEye?
Uninstall it like any Store app. Your clips and settings are deliberately left in place so you don’t lose anything — the privacy policy lists exactly what remains and how to remove it.
Something isn’t working — how do I get help?
Send a message through the contact form and choose “EasyEye support”. You’ll hear back from the developer directly.
